Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for promoting a professional image and ensuring that all interactions with clients and colleagues are positive and productive.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors and ensure they are greeted warmly and efficiently.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and forward messages as necessary.
  • Organize and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain accurate records of meetings, appointments, and other events.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve conflicts and ensure seamless communication.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
