Quality Assurance Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in manual QA, ideally within a digital agency or software development environment.

This role requires the ability to review and test completed work to identify defects, inconsistencies, or usability issues. You will log and track bugs in Trello, providing clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will ensure that our digital projects meet the highest quality standards. You will also act as a bridge between clients and the development team, liaising directly with clients to assess incoming support requests and clarifying requirements where needed.

You will prioritize and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution and track project progress to update relevant stakeholders. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients will be key to your success in this role.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. They will be proactive in identifying issues before they are raised by the client and have a high attention to detail with the ability to think beyond the immediate task.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in manual QA, ideally within a digital agency or software development environment.
  • Strong familiarity with Trello, Jira, or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
