About the Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Ghostwriter for Entrepreneurial Ventures to create high-quality, engaging content that showcases the vision and expertise of our dynamic founder.


The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in ghostwriting or executive thought leadership content, with a strong background in storytelling, business strategy, and digital-first platforms.


We are looking for someone who can adapt their writing style to fit multiple industries while maintaining consistency with the founder's personal brand voice and values.


The ideal candidate will be highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive in collaborating with our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and executive insights that showcase the founder's thought leadership and industry expertise.
  • Collaborate with the founder and their team to source ideas and develop a consistent content strategy across multiple verticals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the founder's personal brand, industry trends, and relevant market research.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in ghostwriting or executive thought leadership content.
  • Strong storytelling skills with an editorial mindset and a keen understanding of business strategy.
  • Ability to switch tones across industries while keeping messaging consistent with the founder's personal brand.
  • Experience using AI writing and research tools to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and deadline-driven.

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience writing for founders, investors, or public figures.
  • Understanding of the Australian market or startup ecosystem.
