We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the Content & Event Director role, driving the strategic direction of Orange Forum 2025.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the conceptual and strategic direction of Orange Forum 2025, focusing on content, program quality, and outcomes. This includes developing session materials, curating thought leaders, and managing VIP and high-level stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy to align with overall Forum objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth cohesion between program content and operational execution.
  • Overseeing post-Forum follow-ups to sustain relationships and translate connections into tangible, business-driven outcomes.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 7–10 years of experience organizing high-level, multi-stakeholder events or conferences in Asia Pacific, preferably in sustainable finance, impact investing, or international development.
  • A strong understanding of the sustainable finance landscape, with awareness of key regional stakeholders and what drives their participation and engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in program design and content curation, including drafting agendas, speaker briefings, and narrative framing for conferences or summits.
