Job Description

The Graphic Design Staff is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with client requirements and brand guidelines. This role involves collaborating with clients, copywriters, and account managers to produce high-quality outputs, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining Syntactics' quality standards in all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients and team members to define project requirements.
  • Work with copywriters and account managers to create effective, brand-aligned designs.
  • Develop project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of all outputs.
  • Produce high-quality, visually impactful design solutions.
  • Manage assigned design projects from concept to completion.
  • Meet all client commitments while upholding Syntactics' quality standards.

Job Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of prior work experience as a Graphic Designer or equivalent.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Canva, and other editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and branding.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Experience in client-facing roles is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
