You will be responsible for taking or making calls to customers, providing information, services, or help with troubleshooting. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively resolve customer issues and provide a positive experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 6 months of call center experience and be a high school or college graduate. You should also possess good to excellent communication skills and be willing to work on-site.
