UX Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Coordinator to assist us with coordinating UX tasks internally and with clients. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience managing or coordinating web or mobile projects, who have a general understanding of UI/UX Design and software development process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating UX tasks internally and with clients, converting project conversation/discussion into relevant tasks, and keeping clients updated with tasks, progress, and blockers.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should be a good communicator, proficient in using Figma (managing files, pages, layers, accounts), proactive in improving existing processes, and proficient in using ClickUp.

Additionally, the candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and be able to work on exciting and challenging UI UX projects.
