Cloud Reliability Engineer Opportunity

Your key tasks:

  • Design, build and manage our cloud SaaS environments by monitoring their availability, optimizing system performance and taking a holistic view of system health.
  • Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large distributed software applications.
  • Develop software and systems to manage and automate platform infrastructure and applications.
  • Balance feature development speed with reliability, aligning it with well-defined service level objectives.
  • Improve the reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software as a service solutions.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance services through rigorous testing and release procedures.
  • Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning to create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts.

As a Cloud Reliability Engineer, you will be working on designing, building, and managing our cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring the availability and performance of our cloud SaaS environments and implementing measures to improve them.
  • Providing operational support and engineering for multiple large distributed software applications.
  • Developing and maintaining software and systems that manage and automate platform infrastructure and applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of our software applications.
