Job Summary

We are seeking a Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy and development. This is a critical role that will drive recognition, differentiation, and preference in the online lending market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative brand strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among our target audience.
  • Lead multi-platform content strategies (social media, websites, email, blogs, video) to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Analyze customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to improve the customer experience and brand perception.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and partners in line with brand goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in fintech, online lending, or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing and executing successful brand campaigns with measurable results; experience in agency and partnership management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to align stakeholders and influence decisions using insights.
  • Self-motivated, creative, autonomous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
