Job Summary

The Brand Manager directly analyzes and integrates various financial reports in developing strategies to overall manage the achievement of the brand's business goals. The Brand Manager also scouts the market for viable distribution, adopts technology to develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns and social media through leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful and on-time execution of marketing initiatives. He/She also drives, trains and engages concerned parties to achieve business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, strategize and overall responsible for the achievement of the brand's business goals. Translate principal's direction to localized vision, mission and objectives for profitable business.
  • Direct and manage resources by analyzing and integrating various financial reports to develop measures that leads to innovation, increase efficiency and optimal brand profitability;
  • Leverage brand-building expertise to lead and develop campaigns that win in-market and ensure brand awareness, experience and customer loyalty.
  • Keep abreast with new brands and trends in the market and observe competitors regularly for pricing and new product lines.
  • Scout the market for viable distribution, monitor performance of doors and recommend appropriate actions on doors.
  • Create effective communication strategy and evaluate marketing activities in promoting the brand, product and channels;
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Marketing, Ops, Merch) to ensure successful and on-time execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Adept technology to develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns and social media across all channels;
  • Provide overall strategy and direction to merchandising activities such as product selection, pricing, buying and principal interfacing;
  • Review product performance and recommend appropriate actions for effective inventory management while ensuring business profitability;
  • Coordinate with Importation, Accounting and Finance Departments in facilitating arrival of goods;
  • Drive, train and engage concerned parties to achieve business objectives; Evaluate performance and implement discipline when necessary
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any 4 year business course.
  • At least 3 years solid experience in brand management and 2 years experience in supervisory or managerial capacity from retail industry.
  • Must have strong business acumen, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Outdoor and fashion enthusiast, adept in collaborating with diverse and cross-functional teams.
