Job Overview

This role focuses on upholding the aesthetic standards of a commercial establishment through comprehensive design requirements and meticulous review processes.

As a Design Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing project parameters, scopes of work, and timelines to ensure seamless execution.

The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in architecture and at least 2-3 years of experience in the field. A graduate degree in Architecture is mandatory, along with registration as an Architect. Proficiency in using AutoCAD is also essential.

In this capacity, you will oversee the development of approved design concepts, prepare drawings, lists of materials, and specifications. Additionally, you will inspect contractors' work to guarantee quality and certify project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain design standards for the establishment
  • Establish project requirements, scope of work, and project timeline

  • Certify project completion and guarantee quality of Contractors' works
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Architecture
