Media Editor & Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Editor & Production Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work across video, graphics, and content administration. As a Media Editor & Production Specialist, you will be hands-on in editing video content, designing visuals, managing assets within digital signage platforms, and liaising directly with clients.

Your role will involve managing, scheduling, and reporting on content using various CMS/digital signage platforms (e.g., MagicInfo, BrightSign). You will also be responsible for delivering client-ready work with a strong focus on detail and quality, producing and sharing content usage reports, and communicating with clients via email in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Management: Manage, schedule, and report on content using various CMS/digital signage platforms (e.g., MagicInfo, BrightSign)
  • Client Deliverables: Deliver client-ready work with a strong focus on detail and quality
  • Reporting: Produce and share content usage reports
  • Communication: Communicate with clients via email in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
  • Professional Video Editing Experience: 2–3 years of professional video editing experience
  • Creative Passion: A passion for music and media entertainment
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Figma Experience: Experience with Figma (or confident and quick to learn)
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail — both technically and creatively
  • Project Management: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Collaboration: Able to work independently and remotely while collaborating with a wider team
  • Reliability: Reliable, proactive, and constantly striving to improve
