Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Administrative Support Professional to join our team in the transportation and supply chain industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in customer service, CRM management, and lead follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism, addressing client inquiries and providing support.
  • CRM Management (HubSpot): Manage leads in HubSpot by updating statuses, tagging appropriately, and sending email campaigns or follow-ups based on client stage.
  • Email Follow-Ups: Draft and send timely, professional email responses to clients and leads.
  • Lead Coordination: Track and nurture leads through the pipeline, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
  • Research: Conduct research on vehicles, fleets, and industry-related information to support client needs and business operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: In customer service, sales coordination, or CRM management.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge or familiarity with HubSpot CRM; excellent communication skills (phone and email) with a customer-first attitude; strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to research, analyze, and present information clearly.
  • Qualifications: Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills; tech-savvy and comfortable working with online tools, email automation, and reporting systems.
