Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Market Data Services specialist.

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of market data services, including vendor management and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational processing, with experience in invoice processing, vendor onboarding, and management.

The successful candidate will work closely with our category manager, third-party management, procurement operations, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless market data services operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Operational Processing: Proven experience in operational processing, particularly in invoice processing, vendor onboarding, and management processes.
  • SAP Ariba: Experience with SAP Ariba, with process unity skills being highly desirable.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with English fluency required.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to apply a solution-based approach to arising problems, proactively searching for resolutions through cross-functional networking.
  • Teamwork: Able to operate effectively within a global organization, working with teams across multiple entities.
  • Results-Oriented: Enthusiastic and results-oriented, with a proven ability to deliver results.
