Responsibilities include:

  • Managing task intakes on a daily basis
  • Facilitating communication among team members
  • Providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Creating comprehensive reports
  • Overseeing timelines and schedules
  • Ensuring client expectations are met
  • Reporting to the account manager and staying aligned with client objectives
  • Addressing operational questions related to the contract

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or administration
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail) and Microsoft Outlook (Office 365)

Desirable skills:

  • Keyword research
  • Editorial calendar planning
  • Content brief preparation for various formats
  • Blog/article writing with good English grammar
  • PR experience including press release creation and virtual networking
  • Project management and coordination using tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, AirTable
  • Canva design
  • Email marketing using MailChimp, Constant Contact, Instantly, Brevo
  • Ai tool proficiency: MidJourney, Dall-E, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML, ChatGPT, Bard, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity
  • Adobe tools proficiency: Photoshop/Firefly, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier
  • Video editing skills using Canva, Premier, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
  • Social media video marketing for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
  • CRM experience using HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, PipeDrive
  • Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads
