As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving accounting operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will work with various stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of process improvement methodologies
  • Analyze and evaluate process performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead the development of process documents and updates based on findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operations and resolve escalated matters
  • Support resource capacity planning and perform process reviews and diagnoses as needed

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • BS degree in accounting, industrial engineering, or related field; master's degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of accounting and/or finance experience, preferably with operational experience in data analysis/management
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of accounting, MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams, leading projects, and developing and documenting processes.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to travel globally.
