Job Overview

As a Senior or Mid-Level Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and deploying high-quality solutions across various industries. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will drive business success and empower our clients to achieve their goals.

This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and Flows. You will collaborate closely with consultants, architects, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design & Development:
    • Develop custom Salesforce solutions using LWC, OmniStudio, Apex, Flows, and other declarative tools
    • Translate solution designs into scalable, high-quality code
    • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
    • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to ensure technical alignment with business needs
    • Provide input on scalability, performance, and platform best practices during design sessions
  • Implementation & Testing:
    • Build and deploy features across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
    • Write unit tests and participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
    • Leverage CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps for version control and deployment
  • Troubleshooting & Support:
    • Debug and resolve development and post-deployment issues
    • Provide technical support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live phases
    • Contribute to ongoing optimisation and support of existing Salesforce solutions
    • Work within Agile project teams, participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
    • Document technical components and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
    • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, features, and ecosystem tools
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline—or equivalent work experience
  • Proven Salesforce development experience with a successful track record of project delivery, ideally in consulting or client-facing roles
  • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, Apex, and Flows
  • Experience with custom development and integration of Salesforce with external systems
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for pipelines and deployments is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and key clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or additional Salesforce certifications highly regarded
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in Agile teams
  • Self-driven and capable of independently owning technical outcomes
