The ideal candidate has bookkeeping or accounting experience and is comfortable working remotely. This requires high-speed and reliable home internet.

Responsibilities include preparing and submitting sales tax filings, monitoring clients' tax collection variances, providing assistance to resolve time-critical issues, assisting with special client projects, internal documentation, workflows, and processes, and being the primary point of contact for your clients.

After a year on the job, you'll be measured by these specific outcomes: average timeframe for special project completion, average timeframe for past due return project completion, client tax variance percentage, submitting returns on time, and completion of online education and training.
