Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent in the industry.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, manage employee conflicts, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with labor laws, OSHA regulations, and industry-specific requirements, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, contributing to the company's growth and success.
- Compensation and Benefits: Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications
