Job Title: Electrical Infrastructure Specialist

The role of Electrical Infrastructure Specialist involves ensuring the smooth and safe operation of electrical systems, equipment, and facilities within production areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan for electrical utilities, including RMUs, transformers, high-voltage and low-voltage switchgears, main distribution panels, grounding systems, lightning arresters, lighting systems, and power supplies.
  • Troubleshoot facilities equipment related to electrical systems, including RMUs, transformers, HV/LV switchgear, MDP, grounding systems, lighting systems, and power supplies for production machines and mechanical equipment.
  • Supervise and guide electrical technicians in their daily activities to ensure safe and sustainable running conditions of production.
  • Analyze daily inspection check sheets for potential trends in equipment problems or maintenance needs and raise them to the Facility Manager for immediate action.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including PEZA, BFP, DOLE, DENR, LLDA, and other relevant agencies.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a facilities department under electrical group in a manufacturing set-up.
  • Experience in plating, moulding, stamping, and assembly production lines is a plus but not necessary.
  • Knowledgeable in processing permits from PEZA, DOLE, DENR, LLDA, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Pro-active with good leadership skills.
