About the PositionYour responsibilities will include listing properties, managing new leases and renewals, handling utility connections, arrears management, inspections and maintenance, and creditors' insurance.
Key Responsibilities- Listing Properties: Utilize Agent Box to list properties and manage new leases, renewals, and vacating renters.
- Utility Connections: Handle utility and water connections, board orders, and removals.
- Arrears Management: Send SMS and emails for arrears management (our staff will handle the calls).
- Inspections & Maintenance: Schedule routine inspections and follow up on maintenance tasks.
- Creditors Insurance: Maintain our creditors' insurances and ensure everything is up-to-date.
