About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant with an interest in bookkeeping to work with our client in Melbourne, Australia. You will be responsible for administrative and financial tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and financial backbone of the business.
Responsibilities
- Managing calendars, making appointments, and prioritizing follow-up calls.
- Handling client calls, responding to emails, and assisting with social media tasks.
- Data entry of accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and generating financial reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software programs.
