Helpdesk Operations Manager

This Helpdesk Operations Manager position is responsible for ensuring that our IT service delivery meets the highest standards. You will work closely with the Helpdesk Team Lead to coordinate support activities, resolve complex technical issues, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the helpdesk team during peak periods or in the absence of the Team Lead;
- Coaching and mentoring junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge;
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues; and
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
You will need a strong background in IT service management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
