Role Description:

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of travel services provided by Goway Travel. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of travel industry software, airline routings, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. To ensure accurate and efficient management of travel bookings, including quotes, cancellations, and changes.
  2. To work within the TravelBox system and GDS to manage daily queues, resolve fare discrepancies, and handle client requests promptly and professionally.
  3. To follow up with clients to confirm bookings, handle payment verifications, and provide excellent customer service throughout.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Amadeus.
