Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our complex projects in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale implementations and global application rollouts.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to implement cutting-edge solutions. They will also deliver strategic and tactical solutions, ranging from evaluating solutions/vendors to employing an Agile approach for AI, SaaS, and in-house developed applications.

The successful candidate will possess advanced knowledge of SQL, Python scripting, Excel Macros/VBA, and strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics. They will also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, Financial Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant IT project management experience, preferably in SaaS environments, with experience in deploying AI-first applications.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Experience in large-scale implementations and global application rollouts, including change management and training aspects.
