KAMI Workforce is seeking an experienced US Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for our US-based clients.

  • Process multiple client payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Calculate and apply payroll deductions, benefits, and taxes.
Duties and Responsibilities

You will work closely with our team to ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time, while adhering to relevant laws and regulations. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing for US clients.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in payroll software; experience with ADP is highly preferred.
