Job Description
This role involves managing complex high-volume salaried and hourly payroll processing. You will stay updated on changes in US payroll laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide strategic direction in analyzing payroll data and forecasting requirements.
- Collaborate with Support and Finance departments to ensure payroll data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings, including quarterly and annual reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience leading projects.
- Proficient in payroll processing software (ADP, Dayforce, SAP) and Excel.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is preferred.
