Executive Assistant and Administrative Support

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized professional to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team in the ANZ region.

  • To manage calendars, meetings across time zones, calls, and travel arrangements effectively.
  • To prepare and format reports, presentations, and other business documents accurately.
  • To support process improvements, policies, and handbook development by analyzing data and implementing changes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive & administrative tasks such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents using Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
  • Support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll documentation, and HR reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows and efficient processes.
  • Provide administrative support for regional projects, events, and initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role (ANZ or US support preferred).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
  • Discreet and professional in handling confidential information.
