The Digital Email Campaign Specialist plays a vital supporting role to an Account Manager, encompassing duties such as organizing email campaigns and contributing to marketing strategy development. Your efforts are integral to the smooth operation of the marketing department and contribute significantly to brand goals and long-term company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using our platform.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for email deliverability, including sender reputation management, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and IP management.
  • Troubleshoot email-related issues, collaborating with both customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
  • Educate clients on compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance platform features and address client feedback.
  • Create and manage visual email automation workflows within chosen platforms and Google Slides, Vibe, or other collaborative tools.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to boost user adoption and success.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.
  • Present and discuss email marketing campaign reports with clients in 30-minute focused meetings monthly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or related roles at SaaS companies or digital agencies.
  • Familiarity with IP management, email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and sender reputation.
  • Understanding of email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.
  • Experience troubleshooting deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
  • Knowledge of email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
