The Managed Services Engineer will be responsible for delivering end-to-end support to customers, focusing on SDWAN, Internet, and related services.
This role involves troubleshooting and configuring basic LAN setups and Microsoft operating systems, as well as supporting the provisioning and onboarding of new customers for managed services.
Collaboration with vendors is essential in resolving support issues and ensuring smooth service delivery.
Key responsibilities include owning support issues from start to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and expert problem-solving.
Maintaining excellent customer relationships by delivering outstanding support is crucial.
Mentorship and training fellow engineers on complex technical issues and solutions are also key aspects of this role.
For this position, we are seeking a professional with 3–5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced technical environment, possessing expertise in SDWAN.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required for this role.
