Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for someone to design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
  • You will perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure application quality.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
  • Automate test cases using tools compatible with the Microsoft ecosystem, such as Azure DevOps or Selenium Test Framework.
  • Monitor and report test results, providing actionable insights to improve the software development lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the development process.
  • Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups within an Agile environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a QA Tester, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft technology stack, including:
  • Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and test case management.
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) testing is a plus.
  • SQL Server for database validation.
