  • Develops, implements, and manages testing processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
  • Review and analyze user stories (US).
  • Design and execute test cases (manual or automated), analyze results, and report bugs and errors to the development team.
  • Perform product testing activities.
  • Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple processes; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
  • Summarize and report the test results to project stakeholders and MarCoPay Management.
  • Continuously focus on incremental improvements of functionality, usability, performance, automation, and security.
  • Review client, customer, and user feedback.
  • Follows globally recognized quality assurance testing processes and methodologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or engineering
  • 2 years of working experience as a Quality Assurance Lead/Specialist
  • Technical background and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Experience or knowledge on QA Tools (e.g. Meter, SoapUI or other Automated, Load and Stress testing tools)
  • Experience in using Project Management tools (e.g. Jira, Zendesk)
  • Experience in using modern Agile Quality Assurance methodologies
