We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credentialing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for all aspects of the credentialing and re-credentialing process.
This includes managing applications, conducting primary source verification, and maintaining the credentialing database with accuracy and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience, ideally within a healthcare setting or a regulated environment.
A foundational understanding of data entry, documentation, and administrative workflows is highly valued.
Credentialing Support: Provide comprehensive support for all aspects of the credentialing and re-credentialing process.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.
Privileging and Onboarding: Assist with the provider privileging process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitate the credentialing components of new provider onboarding.
Reporting and Process Contribution: Support the generation of credentialing reports, proactively identify and help resolve credentialing issues, and contribute to the improvement of credentialing processes and workflows.
Adaptable Responsibilities: As our organization grows and evolves, the responsibilities of this role may adapt and change to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
