Email Marketing Manager

Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to oversee our email and text communications strategy. This role entails managing email deliverability, content creation, and performance optimization to ensure our campaigns reach the target audience and drive measurable results.

  • Email Infrastructure & Deliverability: Monitor and manage email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement. Implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Content & Campaign Creation: Develop compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs. Run A/B testing across content and design, manage SMS/text campaigns.
  • Campaign Management & Analytics: Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns. Track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls. Own UTM parameter setup and reporting. Provide insights to optimize performance.

This role requires 3+ years of experience in email marketing/deliverability/campaign strategy. Strong knowledge of email systems, IP/domain management is necessary. Experience with MailWiz, SendGrid, or similar ESPs is preferred. Skilled in persuasive, compliant copywriting and proficient with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, reporting tools. Familiarity with SMS campaign tools and excellent English communication skills are required. Regulated industry experience is an advantage.
