Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in driving growth through strategic talent and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:- Create data models that transform raw data into actionable insights using business requirements.
- Design and build data transformations using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and develop stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views for ETL processes.
- Develop a robust data warehouse and work with SSIS and SSRS reporting tools.
- Analyze current ETL processes, define new systems, and implement technical specifications through reports that support informed decision-making.
- Design and create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI and SSRS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- At least 5+ years of experience in data-related roles.
- Proficiency in BI tools and systems such as Power BI, SSRS, and SSIS.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack and familiarity with data analysis concepts.
- Ability to develop SSIS-based integrations with external data sources via APIs and CSV/flat file downloads.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data integration approaches is desirable.
- Familiarity with Yardi is an asset.
