Main Responsibilities:



  • Cleaning Activities: Perform a variety of cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Room Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of all rooms to identify areas that require attention and implement corrective actions.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Protect equipment and furniture from damage and ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Damage Notification: Promptly notify superiors of any damages, deficits, or disturbances to maintain open communication.
  • Customer Service: Handle reasonable complaints and requests with professionalism and patience, providing excellent customer service.
  • Stock Management: Check inventory levels of consumables and replace them when necessary to avoid shortages.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols and be aware of company-related practices.


What We Offer:


In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.



Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent cleaning skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. A background in housekeeping or a related field is an asset, but not required.
