The ideal candidate will have experience in tax auditing, consultancy, or advisory preferred, project management, analysis, and research skills.

You must possess effective communication skills, high attention to detail, perfectionist tendencies, ability to soothe stressed or anxious clients, set clear boundaries, follow up effectively, excellent time management, eager to learn new skills and technologies, and enjoy bringing order to complex situations.

This role involves managing client accounts related to nexus reviews, permit applications, offboarding, tax settings, and new sales channels.

You will be responsible for organizing transaction data, compiling nexus info, updating tax software, overseeing permit applications, and communicating with clients.

Your key responsibilities include managing changes to existing client accounts, communicating effectively to progress workflows, supporting clients and their sales tax accountants with issues related to tax settings, platforms, permits, and offboarding.

You will also update and test sales tax settings on platforms, support client offboarding, including permit closure and final paperwork, serve as the first contact for support on nexus reviews, permits, and other tax-related issues, handle billing support, and process improvements with the onboarding team.

SUCCESS METRICS:

  • Manage 70 clients
  • Complete 2-4 nexus reviews and 20-25 permit projects monthly
  • Complete 3 hours of education or training quarterly
  • Achieve at least 80% completion rate on quarterly goals
