Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance and Accounting Supervisor to lead our finance and accounting team at RCX Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in managing teams and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the finance and accounting team to ensure legal compliance by preparing financial reports and ledgers for review and audit purposes.
  • Support the processing of the annual budget, cost accounting, profit planning, taxation management, cash flow, and other finance and accounting functions to support manufacturing operations.
  • Manage the daily activities of the staff.
  • Ensure compliance with PEZA regulations for all financial-related matters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a senior position within a manufacturing set-up environment.
  • Experience working with PEZA and BOI in a Japanese manufacturing context.
  • Familiarity with taxation management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven management experience.
  • CPA is preferred.
  • More than five (5) years of relevant experience is highly desirable.
