We're seeking a seasoned Amazon brand manager to take charge of our online presence, drive growth, and optimize profitability. This is a full-time, fully remote role that requires expertise in Amazon FBA, conversion optimization, and team leadership.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the P&L: Managing revenue, ad spend, promotions, and margins with focus on growth and efficiency.
  • Driving Revenue Growth: Achieving aggressive month-over-month sales targets across multiple SKUs.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Coordinating with creative, logistics, and growth teams to drive key initiatives.
  • Amazon Advertising Management: Building and optimizing PPC strategies to reduce ACoS and increase TACoS efficiency.
  • Product Launch & Scale: Owning the roadmap for new ASIN launches, including listing creation, reviews, and rank strategy.
  • Conversion Optimization: Overseeing listing copy, images, A+ content, and storefront improvements.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Using tools like Helium10, Seller Central, and Excel/Sheets to run the business effectively.
  • Operations Oversight: Managing inventory forecasts, FBA shipments, and stock availability in coordination with supply chain.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in Amazon brand management (3+ years).
  • Strong command of Amazon Ads (PPC) and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Highly analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
