Job Title: Content Composition Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in the composition process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analytical Skills: Utilize strong analytical skills to ensure efficiency in the composition process.
  • LexisNexis Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of LexisNexis products, databases, and workflows.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of all scheduled deliverables, meeting established quality and production metrics.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform rules-based quality assurance/proof review as part of editing process, adhering to established standards and verifying styling, format, and standardization rules.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Monitor, track, and report on work status to stakeholders for publications and product release.
  • Documentation and Training: Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, training, and evaluating work of other group members.

In terms of qualifications, the candidate should hold a college degree and possess very strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, is also essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Candidate Qualifications: College degree holder with strong attention to detail and sharp analytical skills.
  • Communication Skills: Above-average communication skills in US English language, with ability to verbalize thoughts and communicate effectively with foreign partners and stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Solid multi-tasking skills, with ability to manage time well and adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.

Techincal knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office Applications, Adobe Acrobat, and XML/SGML is a plus. The successful candidate must be an outgoing team player who is willing to be challenged and has a demonstrated desire and willingness to learn and lead others.
