Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Video Editor to join our content creation team.

  • Edit high-quality video presentations showcasing properties in a cinematic and engaging way using Final Cut Pro, combining ground footage, drone shots, and music.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Structure video narratives that match the aesthetic expectations of modern real estate buyers and align with brand guidelines and listing goals.
  2. Deliver high-quality real estate videos within tight deadlines, ideally completing one full video within 4-5 hours depending on complexity.
  3. Organize and sync raw media from multiple camera sources (drone and ground), ensuring color consistency, clean transitions, and audio clarity.
  4. Work closely with producers and clients to implement feedback quickly and accurately.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5.5+ years of advanced editing experience with Final Cut Pro X, including multi-cam workflows, transitions, stabilization, and color grading.
  2. Proven experience editing videos for real estate listings, including familiarity with drone integration and walkthrough formats.
  3. Strong design and composition sense, especially in showcasing architectural features, interior lighting, and exterior landscaping.
  4. Ability to manage high-volume content with fast turnaround while maintaining consistent visual and brand quality.
  5. Comfortable receiving and executing on client feedback, with strong written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
