Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance transformation projects, with expertise in enterprise finance processes and operating models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes within time and budget constraints, including solution design, blueprinting, data modeling, and proof-of-concept development.
  • Drive client interactions, facilitating workshops and presenting insights to stakeholders during management reviews and steering committee meetings.
  • Contribute across various aspects of finance transformation by assessing project deliverables and identifying optimal client solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid educational background – Postgraduate (M.B.A. from a top-tier B-school), C.A., or C.P.A.
  • 4-8 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, with expertise in enterprise finance processes and operating models.
  • Hands-on experience in finance transformation projects, focusing on areas such as Organization Structure, Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, Financial Close, Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, Intercompany Transactions, Cash Management.
  • Experience implementing and consulting on finance technology solutions.
