Finance Transformation Expert

NeksJob is a leading recruiting partner to top client companies, seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation Expert to support CFOs and finance organizations in designing and implementing strategies centered on digital transformation.
The ideal candidate combines financial expertise, process knowledge, and world-class capabilities to drive impactful outcomes. Key responsibilities include project delivery, solution design, blueprinting, data modeling, and proof-of-concept development, as well as facilitating workshops and presenting insights to stakeholders.
A solid educational background and 4-8 years of experience in Finance and Accounts are required. The candidate should have hands-on experience in finance transformation projects, focusing on areas such as organization structure, accounts payable/accounts receivable, financial close, taxation, and treasury management.
Familiarity with ERP tools like SAP, Oracle, and system integration projects is also desired. As a Digital Finance Strategist, the selected individual will drive business case analysis and support business architecture implementation activities, while building sales pipelines, business development initiatives, and proposal submissions.
