Reporting to Head of Engineering Team

Overview

The Quality Assurance Specialist will contribute to delivering high-quality software by developing and executing test plans, implementing automated testing, and collaborating with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, review, maintain and execute test plans and test cases.
  • Execute automation test cases and report on test results.
  • Establish and maintain test automation frameworks.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI processes.
  • Develop new automated tests and tools for the product's frontend, backend APIs and other services.
  • Identify product deficiencies and suggest solutions to ensure the highest quality for our products.
  • Work with development teams throughout the entire development life cycle and perform planned and ad-hoc testing.
  • Establish and evolve processes and best practices which would ensure quality goals are met.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in QA testing for web applications.
  • Expertise in automation testing tools like Cypress.
  • Excellent knowledge of UX/UI testing and attention to details.
  • Knowledge of Test Scenarios and Test Plans for any software project.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to work in a team and on your own.
  • Know-how of different types of testing methods like white box and black box testing.
