We are seeking a highly skilled Database Developer Lead to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of applications using Microsoft SQL Server Migration Assistant (SSMA) and associated technologies.



Main Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and implement applications using Microsoft SQL Server Migration Assistant (SSMA) and associated technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and debugging, utilizing tools like Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:




  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Migration Assistant (SSMA).
  • Strong understanding of database design and development principles, including experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.
  • Experience with .NET Framework and C# programming language.
  • Experience with Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with source control tools like Git or TFS.


A minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Migration Assistant (SSMA) is required. Additionally, a strong educational background in computer science or a related field is essential.
