Job Description

  • Leadership & Team Management – train, motivate, and oversee staff performance
  • Sales & Marketing – promote services, upselling treatments, and driving revenue
  • Customer Service – handle client concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Financial Management – Budgeting, inventory control, and revenue tracking
  • Operations & Compliance – Ensuring hygiene standards, staff scheduling, and daily operations run smoothly
  • Knowledge of Aesthetic Treatments & Spa Services – Familiarity with skincare, facials, laser treatments, and wellness therapies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Certification or diploma in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or spa management is a plus
  • 3–5 years of experience in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry
  • Proven managerial experience (at least 2 years in a leadership role)
  • Experience in sales, customer service, and operations management
  • Background in handling high-end clients or luxury services
  • Willing to be trained in San Juan and assigned to Zamboanga
