Operational Financial Specialist

The primary function of this role is to analyze financial data, evaluate company performance, and manage CRM systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong English proficiency, experience in financial analysis, and expertise in Excel and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial data analysis from Excel files and CIMs.
- Company performance evaluation to determine alignment with investment criteria.
- Management and update of CRM systems (HubSpot and Insightly).
- Outreach to business owners via email and phone to initiate conversations.
- Support for investor and partner communication by organizing data and follow-ups.
- Assistance with various administrative tasks.
- Maintenance of organization across deals and communications in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong English fluency for clear communication.
- Experience in financial analysis, particularly reviewing company financials and understanding business models.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data formatting) or Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools like HubSpot and Instagate/Insightly.
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls to business owners and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized and reliable, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- A mix of mature professionalism and startup energy – proactive, curious, and motivated.
- Background in private equity, consulting, finance, or investment analysis is beneficial.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment.
