Marketing Automation Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation professional to lead our marketing automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns to drive lead nurturing and enhance customer engagement.
  • Data Integration: Ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales platforms to monitor key metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to deliver consistent and impactful communications.
  • Digital Governance: Maintain database health, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
