Process Automation Specialist Role

About the Job
  • Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows integrating multiple platforms, including n8n, Airtable, Microsoft Power Automate/Power Query, and various APIs (JIRA, Basecamp, etc).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design optimized workflows, and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop automated workflows using n8n to ensure efficient execution across multiple business systems.
  • Connect and synchronize Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
  • Create and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Integrate project management, CRM, and communication tools via API to minimize manual work.
  • Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.
  • Maintain clear documentation for all automations and provide training or guidance to ensure sustainable solutions.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proven experience in workflow automation with n8n.
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable (schemas, formulas, automations, API integration).
  • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp.

  • 2-4+ years of experience in operations automation, systems integration, or process improvement roles.
