Digital Building Integration Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Building Integration Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring clients and partners receive high-quality fault detection and diagnostics products.

You will collaborate onboarding projects, communicate timelines, and manage analytics to meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Products: Ensure clients and partners receive the highest quality fault detection and diagnostics products.
  • Onboarding Projects: Collaborate onboarding projects, communicate timelines, and manage analytics to meet quality standards.
  • Data Collection Services: Conduct onboarding activities including installing Data Collection Services, data discovery, and organization for Digital Building Engineers.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot Diagnostics for automated fault detection on customers' HVAC equipment.
  • Review Findings: Review findings and validate results reported by the software.
  • User Training: Train customer and partner users on Data Transfer Service, data connectivity, and networking issues.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support for connected sites.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Confident, self-motivated, and able to quickly grasp new technologies.
  • Effective Communication: Effective communication with customers and partners.
  • Educational Background: Mechanical Engineering or related technical degree or 5-6 years of experience in the field.
  • Hands-on Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, controls, or fault detection and diagnostics.
  • BAS Protocols: Familiarity with BAS protocols such as BACnet, Haystack, oBIX, and Modbus.
  • BAS Networking: Understanding of BAS networking principles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Automated Commissioning: Ideal exposure to automated ongoing commissioning, fault detection and diagnostics, performance measurement and verification.
